In plain English: we collect what we need to quote and build your job, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email, the suburb of your project and whatever you tell us about it. When you become a client, we also collect the details needed for your contract, insurance and approvals, such as your address and the property owner’s details.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out and warrant the work. We don’t sell your details, and we don’t add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
- The designers, engineers, certifiers and trades working on your job, as far as they need it
- Insurers, including your home warranty insurer
- Council and government agencies, where the law or your approvals require it
This website
The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Enquiries are stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, which may process data outside Australia. We keep enquiries that don’t become jobs for no more than two years.
Seeing or correcting your information
Ask us through our contact form and we’ll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it where we’re not required to keep it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also contact theOffice of the Australian Information Commissioner.
